true love begins only when one falls out of love, because it has to be willed. there's got to be a decision involved. while you're in love with someone, love is involuntary. you just love. (the feeling of love falls on you like a brick from the sky hitting your head -- wham! -- and you don't know what hit you.) but when you fall out of love, and you still make a choice to love, then that's the beginning of true love.

i just finished reading "how to find your one true love" by bo sanchez and i liked what he quoted above =) made me think about where my relationship with God is at. often times i would ask myself why go through all the hardship fighting to make the right decisions and to be a good person where in fact i see others do the opposite and not feel any guilt about it? why go through the weekly church service eventhough there are days i don't feel like it and not inspired anymore? the quote above made me realize that i do the things i'm doing because i made a decision to love God(which i often times fail), i willed it, and i felt a pinch in my heart because this is what true love means and it just keeps getting better through the years.

also, had our lunch at teriyaki boy at mall of asia. i ate
gyu asupara blah blah... hehehe =) it was delicious, short slices
of asparagus veggie wrapped in thin slices of meat(beef) and soiled
in special barbeque sauce. my officemate ordered tofu rice
toppings with kani(veggie salad with caviar).
we strolled for a while and spotted mercedes benz's exhibit which
featured their formula 1 race car.
